Bridging the Gaps in All Aspects of Music Through the Youth

UnBEATable will be hosting its first annual DJ/Beat Battle on April 30, 2022 in Atlanta, GA in hopes to support the dreams of musicians specifically young musicians to keep them off of the streets and invest in their careers. We aspire to bridge the gaps in all aspects of the music industry through the youth.

Our Story

UnBEATable was started on January 11, 2022 in Atlanta, GA by Milaiza Kelly, a young music executive. Milaiza is an artist/entertainment manager and consultant, who manages various clients including Rayymon Beatz, who was her inspiration for UnBEATable. There are not many DJ's who also produce but that's not the case for DJ Rayymon Beatz who is also a social media influencer with over half a million Tik Tok followers. Due to her managing experiences with Rayymon, Milaiza wanted to find a way to bridge a gap between all three fields of the industry in hopes to influence youth to pursue all their musical talents.

Meet The Team

Milaiza Kelly CEO/Founder/Event Director

Milaiza Kelly, known professionally as "The Milaiza K" or "Mimi", a 23 year old music executive from Brooklyn, NY. Originally, she got her start in the music industry working with Armani Martin, the [music video] producer. Milaiza created amazing opportunities for herself such as, working as an assistant at Lyric Management Group, which is known for managing major artists and producers like Toosii, Ant Chamberlain and Speaker Bangerz. A few months later with hard work and dedication she transitioned to the position of A&R/Sr. manager where she had to be the liaison for producers and artists. Some of these producers and artists include, Tia Corine, Lil Poppa, Go Grizzly, Bankroll Got IT, Cheeze Beatz, Quay and many more. Milaiza has also worked with ODA Management, where she worked directly under Stacia Mac, the "momager" of Polo G, who also manages major female artist Asian Doll and “Spice. Shortly after being inspired by Stacia Mac and her mostly black female team , Milaiza launched her own management and consulting company where she has consulted for clients such as Hitman Holla, Big Scarr and many upcoming new artists. Milaiza currently manages a few of the generations most influential people, clients such as Rayymon Beatz who was her inspiration for founding UnBEATable. She is also is a host on the culture driven platforms Producer Grind and Producer Culture. Milaiza Kelly is the future of women in the music industry. Keep an eye out, she’s sure to create history!

30 Roc CFO/Event Director

30 Roc, born Samuel Gloade, is a Grammy award winning producer and songwriter from Bronx, New York. Together with Mike WiLL Made-It, 30 works is a major part of the Ear Drummers production team. 30 Roc is best known for producing The Box by Roddy Ricch which recently went diamond after spending weeks on BillBoard's Hot 100. 30 Roc has worked and been credited on many hit songs, noticeably "Praise God" and "Off the Grid" From DONDA, “Nasty Freestyle,” “Bartier Cardi,” “King’s Dead,” “Gucci Flip Flops,” “Rake It Up” and the Rae Sremmurd singles “Real Chill” and “CLOSE.” In 2018, 30 was credited as Executive Producer of Lil Yachty’s album Lil Boat 2 producing six out of seventeen songs the album. Later that year, 30 appeared on Travis Scott’s anticipated album ASTROWORLD producing “STARGAZING” and “WHO? WHAT!” which features Quavo & Takeoff. He is best known for production with notable artists, including Lil Yachty, Migos, Plies, Cardi B, Rich Homie Quan, and Kendrick Lamar, among many others.

Terms & Conditions UnBEATable the Battle tries to be as fair as possible. Due to influx of applications as we grow, we cannot select everyone who applies. Every applicant goes through the selection process where their beats are listened to by a team of music executives and the hardest beats are. chosen to participate in the battle. The application fee is non-refundable. However, there are other ways you can be compensated.
